That picture pretty much sums it up. I can't imagine. Not only do you have 2 newborns...you have a two year old trying to help you. I'm sorry. I have no advice, just get through. Its only been a week so I guess there is room for things to improve??? I don't really know. I love you, we'll pray for you.
