We went to Jeff's Work Party last week and had a lot of fun! Kate just loved seeing the animals and throwing bread to the ducks. It was a great time!

Back on the Saddle Again
I get in these anti-blogging slumps every now and then, where I am just not in the mood to blog. But I am back and better than ever. I am sure I will be good for a few weeks, then get lazy again!
Anyway, these are some pictures from the Zoo. It was so much fun! They have some great animals there and I have to admit, I was dying to see the white alligator! It was really cool too!
I loved the elephants! It is so cool the animals Hogle Zoo has. And one of the female elephants is going to have a baby in August! It is a 22-24 month long pregnancy! Wow!
I think it might have been lunch time for the leopard. He kept pacing in front of the window back and forth and looking at all of the kids. A little creepy, but very cool to get such an up close and personal look!
We went with some friends and they are so sweet to Kate. Sadie especially! She loves baby girls!
I kept trying to catch Kate's enthusiasm on the carousel, but she would have none of that. She just loved it though! She was bouncing up and down during the ride because she was so excited!
Too bad this picture came out dark, but at least we caught a smile!

Family Vacation
Vacation time is over for us for now! We had three family reunions in a row and had a great time at each one! I think we are excited to kind of relax and get on a schedule again. We went to a lake for our family vacation and it was so nice! I am ready to buy a home a and move up there (except that it is a little out of our price range). It was fun to get together and see everyone and see how much all the kids are growing up. A 24 hour bug went through and took out about half of the people, but I think everyone will live. We are just waiting for our turn. :)
All the Grandkids, I love the look on Kate's face in this picture and I just think this is such a cute bunch! Well done!
I got about 40 pictures of this scene--this was so cute and Kate just had the best time swinging with Jeff.
There is a video to come on this one. Staci had the idea to do a ribbon dance for the first annual Family Talent show. We realized our true callings in life.
Kate loving the boat.
We just had a great ole time and can't wait til next year!

2 Flubs in a Tub
I think that will soon be a coined phrase. We had cousin Kyle over to play this morning! Kate and Kyle just love each other. Kate wanted Kyle to kiss her, so she leaned in and he did. It was adorable. We had a great time in the bathtub too and I was starting to feel like I could do 2. Then, someone pooped and it was a quick exit out of the tub!

The Family Reunion
We had such a great time at the family reunion! I just love them so much. We had a family conference and voted on whether the reunions should come every 2 or 4 years and just about everyone said every two years, it just makes me happy everyone loves them as much as I do! After, we had a day to spend with just immediate family and we had a good ole time--playing a little croquet, some games, eating delicious food and visiting! I love it, it makes me wish we all lived closer.

A day at Tautphas Park
We went to Idaho last weekend for my grandma's 80th birthday party. It was so fun to hang out with my immediate family and to see all of my cousins, aunts, uncles, and of course, my grandma! One day while we were there, we went to the zoo and it was so fun, Kate loved it! One of her favorite things was feeding her cousin Teagan out of his sippy cup. She just loves him and loves to be a big girl around him! It is so fun!
