Kate's 4th grade Utah Program

Kate's whole grade worked so hard and practiced and practiced to prepare for the 4th grade Utah program.  They sang about 5 songs all about Utah.  They did a great job!

Kate got to participate in some special numbers and did a fantastic job!

School Talent Show

For the first time ever, the kids' school had a talent show.  First, each grade had a talent show, then one student from each class got to participate in the school talent show.

Here is Austin playing The Indian Song

Here is Scott playing Turtle Tank

Here is Kate playing March of the Gnomes

And...she got chosen for the school talent show!  So here she is performing for the whole school.  She was pretty excited!

Visiting with Family

We went up to Idaho for Memorial Day weekend.  Grandma Packer did a treasure hunt for all of the kids.  Here is Logan munching on his twizzler.  He was pretty content just with that.

Everyone checking out their spoils.  It was a really fun one!

Grandma and Grandpa Lewis brought Ty over a birthday present (we do presents on his half birthday)

Around the house

Ty and Logan are getting to be such buddies.  Logan thinks Ty is hilarious and already seems to be up for whatever grand idea Ty has.

I don't know what it is about these Anne of Green Gables books, but just like his brothers and sister, Logan loves these.  The best in Logan's opinion is to pull all of them out, spread them all over the room and crush the box.

Bike ride with Ty and Logan, so nice that is warm enough to start going!

Scott and Austin--they wanted the same haircuts and it is now VERY difficult to tell them apart.  Everyone confuses them.

Austin is such an awesome brother to Logan.  He is very nurturing and gives Logan lots of love.

A new sandbox

Since we have 4 boys and 5 kids in our family, mom decided it was FINALLY time for us to have a sandbox.  Little did we know how much work it would be.

Luckily, Ty was there to help with the drilling.

The ground was very rocky, so it took forever just to get the grass out of there!

Logan was happy to test out the dirt

Mom worked SO hard.  She dug and hauled out about 30 wheelbarrow loads of dirt.  With Ty's help, made a box out of wood, and with Dad's help, got it in place.

Dad went and got 2 cubic yards of sand and we filled it up!

Success!

Magic Show

The kids put on a magic show for us!

Here are Austin and Ty assisting Kate with a trick.  Someone was hiding under the pile of cushions to the right...

Logan and Dad at the show.  This is not a crying face, just a silly face he makes accompanied with an, "Ooo ooo" sound.  It is pretty funny!  Reminds me of Austin when he was little!

It was a very fun show, we sure love these kids!

Logan and Dad

Dad has quickly became Logan's go to!  He loves to come and greet him when he gets home and is very good at saying, "Bye Bye Da Da" which is the only thing he will say.  Logan thinks Dad is pretty great!
