Guess who decided to start walking?

Ty decided he was ready to walk in March/April, right around 15 months.  He has been standing since before Christmas and taking steps just about since then.  He just had to decide he was ready.

Of course Ty was running about a week later.

We got a special visitor right around this time--Uncle Robert!  The kids had so much fun getting to know him!

Ty currently really loves Blanky.  He loves cuddling it and carrying it all over.  If he is in bed and can't find his bubba, he will chew on Blanky.

Kate for some reason thinks it's hilarious to put Ty in the laundry basket (luckily, Ty does too)

The kids love making forts, we made this one day (put sheets on after for a legitimate fort)!

Easter

The kids got 2 Easter Egg Hunts this year.  First at our house, here you also see the beginning of the fence.

Ty didn't get too into it...

Then we headed up to Idaho and did the Easter Egg Hunt with Durtschi cousins and Grandma and Grandpa Durtschi's house.

Of course, Grandpa took everyone on a ride!

Zoo visit with Staci and kids

Staci came into town and we went to the zoo together one day.  Tyler was such an awesome help and buddied up with Scott and Austin.  Ty is in the stroller on the left, Landon on the right.

This picture was taken shortly before we were swarmed by tons and tons of little kids in a preschool and when Scott got lost with that swarm.  The zoo was SO busy that day, crazier than I have ever seen it.  We couldn't find him and I was to the point of running, luckily we found him, but clear over by the reptiles.  We were both so relieved to find each other!

Grandma Packer comes to visit

The kids enjoyed cuddling with Grandma in the mornings and they got to draw in her special sketchpad.

Ty quickly took to Grandma Packer as well!
We love having Grandma to visit!
