Harbor Tour

One of our big highlights was this harbor tour.  We went by the west side of San Diego, then by Coronado Island on the way back.  It was really interesting, we all enjoyed it.

Disneyland

When we originally planned this trip, Disneyland was not part of the plan.  However, Mom couldn't resist the thought of being in Southern California and not going to Disneyland, so we went!

The lines were surprisingly short and we had a really great day!

Day at the Beach

We LOVED beach day. It was so much fun!  We could have stayed longer if only for more sunlight.

Mom surfing--Mom did pretty good on the surf board and had a lot of fun trying to relearn it.  Dad loved being in the water, boogie boarding, playing with the kids, and just enjoying the ocean.

Logan was in heaven all day.  He loved the sand--digging, building, etc.

Ty loved it all--boogie boarding, the ocean, the sand, and cousins.

The older kids of course pal-ed around all day.

At the end of the day, Mom and Melissa went in search of a tide pool that was supposed to be there.  The problem was that it wasn't low tide.  It was still pretty cool!
