Wedding Luncheon

 Ty and Ellie were pals and loved eating carrots together (with plenty of Ranch)

We stayed in the hotel Friday night with a lot of the Durtschi family, swam and played games and had a great time.  Robert and Erin got married Saturday morning, we went to their luncheon, then went and hung out with Dave and Audrey and Sheri and Jason and their families.  We had such a relaxing afternoon, barbecued, swam and just relaxed.  That night we went back to Robert and Erin's reception and partied, including some fun line dances that the kids got really into.  I think Jeff got some videos.  What a great time in Boise!

10 year Anniversary

I can't believe it, but we have been married for 10 years!  We decided to get away for a few days and thanks to some lovely people that helped watch the kids, we were able to make it happen!

We first went up to Park City and did the Alpine Slide and Coaster, it opened up just in time!

 Just for fun, we drove around Guardsman Pass to get back to the Salt Lake Valley, it was beautiful!

We stayed in Salt Lake the second night and went to a Real Salt Lake game.  

It was such a fun time!  We missed the kids but really enjoyed some good one on one time for a few days!

The kids got a limo ride for finishing 90% of their homework, they were so excited!!

Spring Soccer and some visitors

Robert came and stayed with for general conference.  The kids loved!

Grandma Packer also came, but a few days later, they always love to see Grandma!

Austin and Scott both played soccer this spring on the same team and improved so much.  They really enjoyed playing and both learned how to really get in there and get engaged.  We loved watching them play so much!  They also got to play with good friends Austin Birdsall and Cini McIntire.

Mother's Day 2015

Spring Yard Work

We have been doing so much yard work this spring trying to get our yard into shape.

Jeff's ongoing project all year has been the lawn and it is looking better and better.

The garden was another big one.  The lawn kept encroaching until it was in 5 feet in some spots.  We dug the grass and weeds out and put railroad ties in for a nice border.

Jeff was awesome to have with railroad ties because he is good at precision! He made sure those lines were pretty darn straight.

Another project was on the side of the house.  This was a complete weed paradise.  We dug up all the weeds, then put barrier down, then a bunch of gravel on top.  This project was taken about halfway through.

Once we got the railroad ties in, we brought in some good dirt from the dump and Jeff had the kids helping till the garden.

Finished product!  Notice the nice straight lines, the raised beds, and the beautiful raspberries to the right.  We were all very excited!

Kindergarten Mother's Day Program

This was so cute and one of mom's favorite things in the whole year (although it was very hard running back and forth and trying not to miss anything)

The boys both sang so well.  They also each drew a picture and I had to guess which was mine.  Very cute and made me so grateful I get to be Austin's and Scott's mom!
