Happy 11th Birthday Ty

Ty turns 11. This is a wild one because Ty will become a deacon in just a few days even though he is barely 11. For breakfast, Ty wanted eggs, fresh pineapple, bacon and poppyseed muffins!

Ty was so excited to get this new Zelda game - Tears of the Kingdom 

Ty chose his standard funfetti cake (sprinkles just on half of the cake at the request of Dad).

Grandpa Durtschi gave Ty these pitvipers to Ty for his birthday. All of the teenagers were VERY jealous!

Ty is still wearing onesies most days. He occasionally mixes in regular clothes. Kids at school ask Ty why he wears onesies and he just says, "Because I feel like it." Other kids have begun wearing reindeer onesies and other onesies to school. Pretty funny!

We got to go to Melissa's house on Ty's birthday.

 We love our quirky boy so much! Happy 11th birthday Ty!

Happy bday Jeff- 43

Happy Birthday to the incredible Jeff. He is never scared to look weird in a picture. I love him for that. He keeps life so fun for all of us. He works SO hard for our family and we all adore him. Thanks for being the best father and husband!!

 

Happy 7th birthday Logan!

Logan turns 7! Logan was so excited for his birthday this year! Logan is so much fun. He is VERY social and loves to play intensely for hours. Ty and Logan have a love/hate relationship (90% love) and play together a lot. If Ty isn't around, Logan loves playing with friends.

Logan chose oreo pie for his birthday.

Logan is a very happy boy. He is very kind and sweet.

Ty helped put Logan's new bookshelf together.

 We love our youngest buddy so much. Everyone loves to get a snuggle from Logan (and he is willing to give lots of snuggles). He is such a special one and we are so glad to have him in our family!

Happy Sweet 16 Kate!!!

Kate turns 16! It has been a hard move for Kate, so it was fun to get to have a bunch of friends over in surprise party format!

 We love our Kate so much. She is loving being at the high school and meeting new people. She is doing track this spring. We love you Kate!

Happy 14th Birthday Austin and Scott

Austin and Scott turned 14! We are so grateful for our adorable twin boys. They love all things BYU. This year, they both have said they feel like they have friends they can count on. They both love doing track and cross country. They are both excelling in school as well. They work hard to get good grades and excel in school.

Austin is rarely seen without his BYU hat (they are allowed to wear hats at school).

Little kids love Austin. Felix is always a favorite!

For their birthday, both boys wanted to go to the nickelcade for an activity. Elijah Smith came too. 

Austin and Scott are both VERY into shoes right now. Nikes are all the rage at the moment. Scott was very excited about these Nike Blazers.

 These boys are trying to figure out how to be at the same school and get along. There have been some growing pains with navigating this while being identical twin boys, but they are doing it!

We feel so blessed to have these special boys in our family. If you ever have a WWII question, Scott can most likely answer it. Austin is good at keeping everyone having a great time together. He has SO much energy and keeps everyone laughing. We love you Austin, we love you Scott!
