Happy 1/2 birthday Ty Man!

We celebrated Ty's half birthday again this year instead of his actual birthday.  

Grandma Packer gave us a set to make these cupcakes, Ty was so excited about them!

It was so fun to have a big party for our Ty man, what a joy he is in our family!

Happy Father's Day

To this handsome guy.  He has been Superman these days and you can see there are 5 kids here that absolutely adore him (and one wife not pictured that absolutely adores him too)

Kate got a cabbage seed at school, she tended this little baby and grew a cabbage.  We made a Ramen Noodle cabbage salad that was delicious out of it!

Barns make the best shoes

Ty went to bed one night.  These days, he takes a while to settle down.  While he was settling down, we heard him start crying--which is unusual at that time.  I tried to go in and the door was locked.  I told Ty to come unlock the door and heard some weird hobbling sounds as he struggled to get over to it.  When he opened it, this was what we saw, his foot was stuck in the grain silo.  I was worried we would be cutting that toy apart to get his foot out, but somehow Jeff managed to free Ty's foot.
