Camping at Vernon Reservoir

We went on a camping trip with Mom's cousin, Marian and her family. The kids loved playing together, we all had a great time riding, chatting, and playing on the lake.

We went on a ride to the top of a nearby mountain.

Fun with Lewis Cousins

Staci and her kids came into town and we got to visit with them. Between our families, there are 9 boys and 1 girl. The boys all had a great time together. Below, they are playing duck, duck goose.

Gardening

We tried some different flowers in the front flower bed. Kate had a great time planting them!

The day that we went to get geodes was the same day as this barbecue. The Knowltons were here from Colombia, so we got together to see them.

Geode Hunting

We have been wanting to go out to the Dugway Geode Beds for a couple of years now and we finally decided to do it this May. We got in the car and drove out one morning. We got to meet Mom's cousin, Marian and her kids. For the first little bit, we did not have much luck. We dug and dug, but found nothing. After lunch, we decided to try a different area.

It took about 2 - 2.5 hours to get out here

Happy 40th Birthday Jeff!

Jeff turned the big 4-0 this year. We are so grateful to have him in our life. He works so hard for our family each day and works to have a relationship with each member of our family. Jeff is such a special one and we are so glad he is ours!
