Once there was a really cold, windy, wet BYU football game...

First home game of the season for BYU had Texas coming to town.  Excitement was in the air.  As we were going to the stadium, it was windy.  We were with friends Jadee and Emily and we were running behind them when all of a sudden, Jeff ran behind a big apartment building, so we followed him.  As soon as we were behind, a huge gust of wind carrying lots of dust and small debris came rushing by.  People were running out of their apartments to see what was going on.  Huge black clouds were rolling in, so Jeff wanted to run for the stadium.  I was following him, but dropped my phone and it fell apart, so I picked it up, but Jeff didn't notice I stopped and kept running.  We got separated, and he ran into the stadium, but didn't realize he had my ticket.  Meanwhile, it started POURING rain.  I tried calling Jeff, but my phone wasn't working very well, finally we connected and I got into the stadium (but not before being completely soaked.  It was quite the storm, but definitely an adventure.

We had black garbage bags in our car that we wore, but not til after the storm, oops.

This was at the end of the game.  It eventually stopped raining (not before the game was delayed 2 hours) and ended up being kind of warm.  We also got new seats just for this season.  They are really fun seats, right around the 15-20 yard line in the middle of the upper section.  They've been so fun.
