Camping - Strawberry Reservoir and Skyline Drive

We went camping at Strawberry Reservoir for the first time ever. We loved it. It reminded Mom of Teton Valley!

We all had to take turns to pop this popcorn (last time we are buying it!)

We rode up high in the mountain--it was such a great ride!

We went with one of Dad's work friends and Mom tried one of their dirt bikes (super fun!)

The kids loved having other kids to play with!

Mom and Dad took a ride to the top of the mountain.

We drove down to Strawberry Reservoir one afternoon. It was very cold, but fun to see it!

About a month later, we went up to Skyline Drive near Manti to camp with the Speths. It was so beautiful and had some really fun riding!

The kids are getting really good at riding fourwheelers! (This is the Can-Am we got this year)

Mom and Kate hiked down to this lake. It was quite a hike, but a lot of fun!

We needed to cool off one afternoon, so we drove down to this small lake at the bottom of the canyon. It was perfect!

Dad even went for a swim!

Everyone else LOVED skipping rocks and building a dam

We have been loving camping all summer!

Kate's Piano Recital

In June, we were able to attend Kate's piano recital. It was so great to do something more normal with other people. We all had to sit outside and listen carefully as they played inside. It was a fun event and great to hear Kate play the songs she worked so hard on.

 

Ellie's Baptism

Ellie was supposed to be baptized in March, but baptisms were put on hold because of Coronavirus. We were able to come up and support her in her baptism this weekend. It was really special to be a part of it. The kids (and adults) enjoyed being together so much!
