Grandma and Grandpa had to work in the morning, so we headed up to Lake George in New York pretty early. We spent some time at Fort William Henry. It was so interesting and the setting of the movie Last of the Mohicans.

As part of the visit, they did a demonstration where they shot guns as well as the cannon.

We walked through town a bit--it is a cute little town. This carving is in the middle of the town.
Then, that night, for our last hurrah, we went on a Dinner Cruise. We had the BEST time and it was the perfect last night.
We loved dancing and having a good time!
Grandma and Grandpa Durtschi were such kind and generous hosts. We loved our whole trip and especially getting to spend some time with them! Such special memories!
