New England Trip Day 6

We were so excited to explore Boston. It was a completely new city to the whole family. We started with going on the Freedom Trail. This is an old clock tower that is part of the Freedom Trail.

Logan and Super-Manning off the post

Kate down by the shipyard and the USS Constitution

Austin, Ty, Scott, Kate

The circle where the people are standing around is the location of the Boston Massacre.

Fenuil Hall

Going aboard the USS Constitution

This was a tavern where ideas for the revolutionary war were discussed

With so many cool cemeteries with very old grave stones for people like Samuel Adams, John Hancock, Paul Revere and others

USS Constitution

Playing by the cannon near the shipyard

Austin was so sweet to give Logan a piggyback ride because his legs were so tired. This was a common sight throughout the trip

We ended up Bunker Hill and the Bunker Hill monument. It was so cool learning about all of the history

There was also a little part dedicated to Holocaust victims. All of the names were listed on windows, it was a very solemn place

The whole family in front of the USS constitution. Scott is wearing royal blue, Austin in black

Paul Revere’s house

It was so cool walking along the Freedom Trail and learning about our nations history. So cool to be in the spots that we’ve learned about all of our lives.
